Chapter 01

The Seer’s Gift

Deep in the ancient forest, your group encounters the Seer - a mysterious figure of immense magical power, neither fully of this world nor the next. She has been expecting you. From the folds of her cloak she produces a glowing rune stone for each of you, carved with a symbol that chose you as much as you chose it. These stones are your key to the nine worlds - and your only protection against what lies ahead.
